Interior Trim Remover

Removal

NOTICE: Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the luggage compartment floor covering.
  1. Release the clips and remove the luggage compartment side trim panel.
    Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

  1. Remove the VDM.
    1. Disconnect the VDM electrical connectors.
    1. Remove the retainers and the VDM.
      Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  1. Calibrate the VDM. Connect the scan tool and carry out the Ride Height Calibration routine. Follow the scan tool directions.
